We show that the Bravyi-König theorem holds for Floquet codes defined via locally conjugate stabiliser groups: constant-depth circuits implementing logical operations on D-dimensional topological Floquet codes act within the D-th level of the Clifford hierarchy, including generalized unitaries that do not preserve the codespace at each time step.
